While this page and my consulting are mostly focused on scientific projects, other projects like customer surveys, market analyses or impact evaluation for strategic decision-making all follow very similar structured approaches and principles. Study design

When designing a study, you face tasks like
• the formulation of research questions
• the choice of an adequate study design
• the creation and validation of questionnaires
• the estimation of the required sample size

Data analysis

Data analysis for example comprises
• descriptive statistics
• appropriate hypothesis tests
• advanced techniques
(regression / ANOVA, clustering, etc.)
• machine learning methods

The consulting targets any the software you prefer to use (R, SPSS, etc.)

Visualization & writing

Having obtained all results, focus is on
• the creation of appropriate visualizations
• the development of a storyline for your work
• the interpretation in easy to understand words
